Based just outside of Bristol, Edwards was competing for talent especially in the competitive engineering field. They needed to get their message out there, build their reputation and recruit the best talent.

We brought this to life through a careers microsite that demonstrated the company's commitments and provided a link for all PR and advertising activities. We brought the culture of Edwards to life interviewing people in all different roles and careating videos and case studies to support our reputation campaign.
