Customer Care First delivers customer service training and long-term behaviour change programmes that help businesses put customers at the heart of what they do. But after two decades of growth, their brand was starting to feel dated – no longer reflecting the depth of their expertise or where they were heading. We began by revisiting the foundations of the brand through a deep-dive strategy session, unpacking what truly sets CCF apart. From there, we redefined their customer promise and developed a set of clear, compelling messaging pillars.
With a strong strategic foundation in place, we brought the brand to life through a digital transformation. We designed a modern, intuitive website that repositioned CCF as a partner in long-term behaviour and mindset change. Every touchpoint was crafted to communicate credibility, insight and confidence. To further elevate the brand, we produced a suite of high-quality videos for the new website, as well as YouTube and social media – helping to give the brand personality and extend its digital reach.
