Transform’s top 5 highlights of 2025

As we move into the final weeks of the year and wind down for the festive season, we’re taking a moment to reflect on 2025. From milestone anniversaries and award wins to exciting client projects and team bonding, it’s been a year of energy, growth and collaboration. Here are our top five highlights:

1.       Celebrating anniversaries

We kicked off the year on a high, celebrating 15 incredible years of Transform. We marked the milestone with cake, champagne, and a reflection on our journey so far. We shared some of the key lessons we’ve learned over the past 15 years in our blog, 15 years Transforming businesses and the lessons we’ve learnt along the way.

But that wasn’t the only milestone anniversary celebrated this year. Within the team we also saw a number of anniversaries with Sally reaching three years with Transform, Nick, four and Dan, six. Each of these milestones reminds us how much our people are at the core of what we do at Transform.

2.       Award wins and industry recognition

2025 was a standout for industry recognition – we added a host of new awards to our growing collection.

At the London Design Awards, we proudly took home four golds and one silver for our work across both client and internal projects:

·     Gold – communication design: for our work with Wincanton.

·     Gold – website design: for our work with InHouse Inspired Room Design.

·     Gold – website design: for our own 2024 rebrand.

·     Gold – company branding: also for our 2024 rebrand.

·     Silver – communication design: for our work with Vieira Rezende Advogados.

We were named Best Full-Service Agency at the SME News 2025 Business Elite Awards, recognising our contribution to the South West business community. We were also named Top Branding Agency by Design Rush. And we were shortlisted for Best Use of Research at the UK Content Awards.

To top it off, we climbed the PR Week Top PR Agencies list, reaching #51 among B2B agencies nationally, #50 of agencies outside London and #201 overall.

It’s always rewarding to see our creativity and hard work recognised and it motivates us to push the boundaries even further in 2026.

3.       Expanding our own thought leadership

If there’s one word that captures our 2025 thought leadership and content strategy, it’s momentum.

This year, we increased output across every channel, publishing new podcasts, blogs and expanding our YouTube presence with videos exploring everything from marketing campaigns that changed the world to PR disasters. Our podcast covered topics such as developing strong marketing strategies, building corporate trust and boosting ESG engagement.

A key highlight was the launch of The Transform Report, our ongoing series of data-driven deep dives into the marketing strategies shaping key industries. This year we’ve reviewed three sectors: accountancy, engineering and HR technology. These reports contain in-depth qualitative research delivering insights, setting benchmarks and revealing opportunities for businesses to grow, evolve and stand out.

We also shared our expertise beyond our own platforms:

·     Dan was featured in Authority Magazine, discussing how to navigate growth in a challenging market.

·     Ronnie contributed to The Brief, PA Media Point and was also featured in The Successful Founder for International Women’s Day, sharing her experience as a business leader and entrepreneur.

4.       Opening next125’s first UK concept store

One of our proudest moments came in August, when our longstanding client, next125, officially opened the doors to its first ever UK concept store in Glasgow.

We were delighted to support the team with the launch, designing a packed programme for the grand opening event. From coordinating a press trip for leading trade media, to engaging local influencers and consumer press, creating tailored press packs and managing media relations – it was a truly collaborative effort.

Ronnie and Sally joined the celebrations in Glasgow where guests enjoyed two days filled with engaging insights, delicious food and immersive design experiences.

5.       Team bonding and culture highlights

Finishing off the roundup (and saving the best for last!) is a year filled with team bonding. From laughter-filled company days and friendly competition at the annual Bath Boules, to countless shared meals and pub visits, we’ve built more than just campaigns this year – we’ve built lasting memories.

Like we said – we’ve been busy! As we lookahead to 2026, we’re excited for another year of collaboration and innovation (after a well-deserved festive break, of course!).
