I pride myself on my organisational skills and my ability to efficiently handle a variety of clients at once. I work closely with my clients to identify all their brand requirements while managing to juggle a large portfolio and still delivering the high service standards we are so proud of here at Transform. Before joining Transform, I spent over ten years as an Account Manager in print publications, gaining experience with a broad variety of brands. I manage multi-million-pound annual budgets for numerous clients across various channels, turning their needs into reality. Hard-working and enthusiastic, I’m passionate about building trusted working relationships and overseeing and leading projects.
Transform is such an inspiring place to work. I learn so much from the entire internal team, I’m excited to see us continue to grow and raise awareness of how we can work collaboratively with other companies on their marketing and PR campaigns. I studied media studies at college so it feels like I’m returning to my ‘roots’. Holding client meetings and seeing how we can help other businesses to get their message out and effectively promote themselves fills me with excitement. I love working in a creative environment where everyone is working on something different and interesting.
For me, account management is all about giving the client’s what they want and achieving the results that they need. Here at Transform, as a consultancy, we won’t just action what the client asks for, we will also challenge them on their decisions to ensure they are the right ones, with a view of guiding us to the best solution. As account director, it’s about taking the client’s programme, letting the creatives have their wicked way with it and ensuring quality and satisfaction at every stage. The industry is ever evolving and changing meaning that there can be a new challenge every day, it’s how we roll with the punches that gets us through the day.
During the week I’m generally on the sofa binging TV. On weekends I tend to get in trouble for overfilling the social calendar. I love catching up with friends and family for food, drink and laughs. I try and save 1 weekend a month for catching up on reading, chilling at home, listening to music and dancing round the living room, but I easily get led astray. Chores aren’t fun, but they somehow work their way in as well.
