Our deep dive process revealed that Hilditch’s marketing was heavily weighted towards buyers, leaving vendors under-served. To drive sustainable growth, their marketing needed to balance both sides of the market.

We created an 18-month strategy developed to broaden focus and unlock new growth opportunities.

By balancing the focus to include vendors, while continuing to nurture buyers and tailoring campaigns for different regions, we positioned Hilditch to further expand into European markets and drive its ecommerce presence.
