In 2024, after bringing our three businesses together under the Transform Comms banner, we realised our brand no longer felt like us. We’d evolved and grown but our identity hadn’t kept up. It was time for some self-care. We pour so much into crafting the perfect brand for our clients, it was about time we gave ours the same attention.

As an agency, doing your own rebrand can be tricky. It takes a critical eye and an honest look in the mirror. It’s a bit like cutting your own bangs – high risk, high reward. That’s why most agencies bring in an external partner. But we backed ourselves as we knew we could trust our team. And it paid off. In November 2024, we launched a new brand and website: bolder, more vibrant and more confident, just like us. And the best part? The industry experts agreed, with our rebrand taking home Gold at the 2025 London Design Awards.
